Association of Lawyers for Medical and Health Law of Serbia – SUPRAM and the Centre for Legal Research of the Institute of Social Sciences hold on Tuesday, December 8th, 2015, at 17.00, the lecture entitled „Issues related to the burden of proof in medical malpractice disputes and the forensic expertise“ in the Conference hall of the Institute of Social Sciences in the Kraljice Natalije Street 45, I. floor.
The lecture will be held by Dragana Marčetić, the judge of the First Basic Court in Belgrade and Jasmina Selaković-Papić, lawyer in Belgrade.
