During 2015 and 2016 shall implement the continous education project accredited with Health Council of Serbia, with the topic „Protection of patients’ rights – activation of professionals and civil society“. The lectures with the following topic shall be held:
- Palliative care in Serbia and abroad,
- Liability for damage caused to the patients by hospital infections – view into the practice of German courts,
- Introduction of organised screening in Serbia and implementation of the national progams for cancer prevention,
- Latest jurisprudence in the area of medical law,
- Esthethic surgery and civil liability of the physician –view into German legal theory and juristprudence,
- Liability for physicians fault made by non-acting,
- Trends in social and health care of the persons with psychosocial and intelectual disabilities,
- Issues related to prooving in the proceedings for medical fault and medical expertise,
- Medical and health law: current issues in theory and practice,
- Medico-legal considerations of diagnostics and treatment of rare diseases in Serbia.
